ProdAI Budget And Flow

ProdAI treats the project budget field as the planned budget ceiling. The amount is entered when creating a project or when creating a full scenario from the Scenario Wizard. The budget screens then calculate working estimates from the project, dates, and extracted entities:

Category allocation	Fixed production split: 25% above the line, 45% below the line, 15% post-production, 10% contingency, 5% other
Daily average	Project budget divided across `start_date` through `end_date`
Scene allocation	AI `budget_estimate` values from entity details when available
Fallback scene allocation	Entity complexity per scene when AI estimates are not available
Entity pricing	Weighted budget share per entity, adjusted by category and importance multipliers, normalized to the project budget

The frontend exposes this as tabs instead of a single static form:

Budget data is embedded in film project responses as budget_analytics and entity_pricing. Dedicated endpoints are also available:
