Get started with Bites
Open Bites, sign in, and select the workspace you intend to
operate. A workspace is the primary boundary for business records, members,
permissions, integrations, and Vision sites.
- Account identifies the person signing in.
- Workspace contains one business context and its data.
- Modules enable product capabilities for that workspace.
- Roles and permissions decide what each member can view or change.
- Sites and integrations connect physical locations and external systems.
First-login checklist
- Confirm the workspace name in the workspace switcher.
- Ask the workspace owner to enable the modules you need.
- Confirm that your role includes the required view or manage permission.
- Follow the relevant product guide from the navigation.
- For API access, create or obtain an approved bearer token and send the active
workspace with each workspace-scoped request.
Never paste API tokens, camera credentials, migration credentials, or one-time
site tokens into screenshots, tickets, or public documentation.
