Start by confirming the active workspace, enabled module, and your assigned permissions. Many “missing” records are correctly hidden because they belong to a different workspace.

Before escalating

Collect:

• the page URL, without credentials or tokens;
• the workspace name and affected module;
• the approximate time and timezone;
• the action you took and the message shown; and
• a screenshot with personal data and secrets removed.

For Vision, also include the site name, camera name, appliance health status, and event time. Never include the RTSP URL, camera password, site ingest token, or raw .env file. Contact your workspace owner or organization support channel. Workspace owners can confirm module access, permissions, connection state, and token rotation.
