Bites API

Production API routes are served from https://bites.com/api/v1/.... New public endpoints are versioned under /api/v1 and normally return JSON.

Request conventions

Include these headers unless an endpoint documents otherwise:

Accept: application/json
Authorization: Bearer <token>
active-workspace: <workspace-id>

The active workspace is required for workspace-scoped resources. The server also verifies that the authenticated user can access that workspace and has the permission required by the endpoint.

Status codes

Status	Meaning
`200` / `201`	The request succeeded.
`401`	Authentication is missing or invalid.
`403`	The account lacks workspace or action permission.
`404`	The resource does not exist inside the permitted scope.
`422`	Validation failed; inspect the returned field errors.
`429`	The endpoint rate limit was exceeded.
