Customer API registration

POST /api/v1/customer/register creates a customer account; it never bootstraps company roles or a merchant workspace. Inputs: name, email, password, password_confirmation, optional recaptcha_token. The existing registration gate, password rules, email verification and registration rate limits still apply. Response is the existing auth envelope with data.user.type: customer, data.user.workspace_id: null, data.token, and data.email_verification_required. The existing POST /api/register additionally accepts account_type: customer. Omitted account_type defaults to company for backward compatibility. Only company/customer values are accepted there; the dedicated customer endpoint accepts customer only. Client-supplied admin/staff/superadmin types are rejected. Bites SSO returns customer for these accounts. TableTrack reads their identity without requiring a workspace; order creation resolves or creates the local profile inside the explicitly selected restaurant. Omit customer_id on a first order. Keep account identity separate from a restaurant’s customer_id. Existing company accounts are not bulk-converted. Store the returned token as a secret. Do not replace a merchant or staff token with a customer token in the same client session.
