Contacts API

Workspace contacts are shared identity records for mail and phone workflows. A contact can be resolved by primary email, secondary email, primary phone, or secondary phone.

Model

Contacts are scoped to a workspace and store profile data on contacts:
  • name, first_name, last_name
  • company, job_title
  • tags, notes, source, metadata
Email addresses are stored in contact_emails, and phone numbers are stored in contact_phones. Each channel row has a workspace-scoped normalized value and an is_primary flag. The API still exposes email and phone as the primary channel values and emails and phones as the full channel lists. At least one email address or phone number is required.

Endpoints

All endpoints require Sanctum authentication and use the active workspace from the active-workspace header or workspace_id request value.
